Coaching is a structured, reflective process designed to create clarity, shift unhelpful patterns, and support more intentional decision-making in your work and life.
At the centre of my work is connection.
The first step is being properly heard and understood — not just in terms of what is happening, but how it is being experienced. That foundation allows meaningful change to take shape.
From there, the work becomes focused and practical.
My approach is evidence-informed and grounded in coaching psychology, but not bound to a rigid framework. I draw on established principles and adapt them to what is most useful in the moment.
My Approach
Sessions are 60 minutes and delivered online or in person (where available).
Online coaching works particularly well. It offers flexibility around busy schedules, removes geographical limits, and allows you to be in a space where you feel comfortable and settled. For many people, this creates a greater sense of ease and openness in the work.
The first session focuses on your current context, what has brought you to coaching, and what you are looking to shift. From there, we shape the direction together.
Some clients prefer short, focused work around a specific transition or challenge. Others engage over a longer period for deeper development. Both are appropriate — the structure follows the purpose.
Frequency depends on the client, fortnightly works well initially, with a move to monthly as it feels right.

The value of this work is not measured in session time, but in the clarity you gain, the patterns you shift, and the quality of decisions you make long after the session ends.
This work is designed to create change that is meaningful, practical, and sustainable.
Individual session: $200
6-session engagement: $1000
Packages are designed for depth, continuity, and momentum over time. They allow space for reflection, integration, and change to take hold properly.
Getting started
The first step is booking in a discovery session to explore fit, focus, and direction.
There is no expectation to commit beyond this point. If the work feels aligned, we continue. If it doesn’t, I completely understand I may not be your particular cup of tea or what you need right now.
