Life Transition Coaching
Something has shifted. You are no longer who you were, and what comes next isn’t yet clear.
That isn’t a problem — it’s the starting point for meaningful change.
Change doesn't always announce itself. Sometimes it's a slow unravelling, sometimes it hits all at once.
Either way, change is hard. Something brought you here—and that matters. This is a space to slow down, get honest, and figure out what comes next with deliberate clarity.
You might be here because…
-
You've been following a path that made sense when you started out, but now it doesn't fit with the life or day-to-day experience you want. Knowing it’s possible and know how to make the change are two different things.
We spend so much of our lives at work; it should feel better than this. We'll work through the steps unique to you, exploring how to go after a different path with clarity, not just courage.
-
Significant life events happen to everyone, often when you least expect it. Trauma comes in many forms, and while its impact can be profound, growth through trauma is more common than many people realise.
Post-traumatic growth isn't about bouncing back; it's about growing through and because of what happened. As someone who has lived and grown through trauma, this one is close to home for me. I work with people who are ready to explore the meaning of their experience and what comes next.
-
Something doesn't feel right and while it's not disastrous, it could be better. There's a gap between the life you're living and the one you actually want.
I work with people who are ready to take greater control of their wellbeing. Through a positive psychology lens, we explore how to move beyond surviving to find greater meaning and purpose in your life.
-
You may feel stuck in cycles of starting and stopping, overwhelmed by conflicting advice, or frustrated that insight alone hasn’t translated into lasting change. You might be trying to improve your relationship with movement, food, stress, sleep, alcohol, or overall wellbeing in a way that actually fits your life.
Coaching can help you understand the patterns driving your behaviour, build realistic systems and habits, and create meaningful change that feels sustainable rather than all-or-nothing.
-
You might be feeling unclear about what truly matters to you. Coaching provides space to clarify what is important, identify where you may feel out of alignment, and translate insight into practical, meaningful action.
Together, we focus on building greater clarity, intentional decision-making, and day-to-day choices that feel more aligned with the life you want to create.
If what you're carrying feels overwhelming or all-consuming, a psychologist might be the right first step and that's okay. But if you're ready to stop circling and start moving forward, let's talk.
How coaching can help.
Clarify what is changing, what matters now, and what needs to shift in response.
Identify and work through the patterns, uncertainty, or stuckness that can come with transition.
Move from reflection into clear, values-aligned action in a way that feels sustainable and grounded.
We begin by creating space to step back and make sense of where you are, what is shifting, what is no longer fitting, and what is emerging in its place.
While I work from evidence-informed frameworks, people and their circumstances rarely fit neatly inside a model. We take time to understand your experience in depth before moving into clearer direction and action.
From there, we work with evidence-informed approaches to clarify direction, surface patterns, and support decisions that feel grounded and aligned.
Most people work over 6+ sessions to allow time for reflection and integration, though the process is always adapted to your pace and needs.
Sessions are online and flexible, designed to meet you where you are.
